Company Overview:

The PERFORM Change Agent will be in charge of the implementation of the PERFORM methodology, trainings, technology deployment and change management initiatives to ensure the execution of the best-in-class target operating model and consistency with company strategies, commitments and goals. The PERFORM Change Agent will work closely with PERFORM Leadership, colleagues, and administrative/operational teams, to lead multiple PERFORM deployments to enhance effectiveness, increase productivity and decrease cost-to-serve. They will also be responsible for the management of day-to-day and tactical aspects of deployments. The PERFORM Change Agent will be able to solve large, complex, and/or ambiguous business problems and drive process efficiency through Lean and other continuous process improvement tools and methodologies.

Job Summary:

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required

Yellow/Green Belt LSS Certification recommended

Training experience recommended

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the implementation and control of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Provide direction and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Manager.
  • Support change management in segmenting and deploying new technologies.
  • Responsible for improving processes, teaching PERFORM tools/methods and instilling PERFORM culture/practices within the workplaces.
  • Assess current practices and process performance.
  • Articulate the problem, baseline current state, analyze root cause, recommend improvements, and monitor results.
  • Create process documentation.
  • Deliver PERFORM trainings to our local teams and appropriate materials.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
