What you will be doing?
- Develop and sustain good relationship with client as well as to support their hiring needs
- Provide recruitment strategies and solution advices to clients
- Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are shortlisted for the clients
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding of candidates
- Responsible for all the HR issues of the candidates throughout the entire employment life cycle
- Required to meet weekly KPIs
Who we are looking for?
- Out of the box thinker. Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis
- Minimum 1 years working experience in recruitment or recruitment industry
- You are customer-oriented, confident in networking in socialsituations, you are also a strong team player with excellent communications skills
- Proactive, mature and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred
