As we are currently expanding our businesses, our Outsourcing team has an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual to join us as a Project Executive/ Senior Project Executive. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site operation & monitor the progress of project with site inspection
• Sourcing right talents for the respective projects and develop associates database to build the resources pipeline
• Coordinate with associates according to project development and evaluate the performance of associates regularly
• Maintain good relationship with clients and coordinate with clients for the projects follow-up
• Provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments
• Set up roster for candidates and conduct orientation/debriefing to candidates when required
• Assist Project in-charge to prepare quotation, presentation materials, documents, data entry on regular basis by using the company systems
• Other tasks assign by project lead
• Assist in ad-hoc projects when needed

About You

• At least 2 year working experiences, preferably in retail & event operation/project management
• Detail and strategic minded
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with other HRIS is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
