About the role

Please note that this is remote and hybrid role.

The L&D Head for Sales & Marketing Capabilities mission is to upskill and develop the sales and marketing employees so they can perform at their highest level and grow in our organisation.

The position holder will define, own and continuously adapt the Sales & Marketing learning offerings and curriculum to create impactful learner experiences that will support the growth of our business and people for today and tomorrow. 

What you’ll be doing
  • Act as strategic partner for the Sales & Marketing key stakeholders to establish and co-define the learning strategy and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the business to diagnose and translate skills and capabilities gaps into learning needs and interventions.
  • Understand learning trends and innovations to identify and implement relevant strategic initiatives and learning solutions.
  • Develop learning paths and offerings as well as development activities to build the Sales & Marketing organizational and individual capabilities.
  • Own and lead the development and deployment of the Sales & Marketing curriculum. Curate and manage the adoption of the related resources in the digital campus.
  • Partner with the central and regional L&D stakeholders to design, develop, test and rollout learner centric learning solutions.
  • Drive stakeholders’ satisfaction by delivering effective and outstanding learner experiences at scale and pace.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders including Sales & Marketing community and senior leaders to promote, encourage and role model a continuous learning culture.
  • Manage effectively vendors, budgets and RFPs.
  • Establish themselves as a thought leader, trusted advisor on all L&D topics. Bring best practices to the Adecco Group.
About you
  • Experience in multi-national business environment.
  • Profound knowledge of theory and practice of adult education.
  • Solid track record of implementing innovative learning initiatives much preferably in Sales.
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually while being hands on, solution and implementation oriented.
  • Strong Team player. Great at engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams toward delivery.
  • Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Solid project, change management and communication skills
  • Curious, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
  • Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English.
