We are excited to be looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology and DDaT team as we continue to embark on a period of continued growth within Central Government.
This role will offer you industry leading training and technology with a friendly, fun and dynamic team of consultants.
You will manage the candidate attraction through various online platforms to match with jobs, with a clear path for you offering career progression.
You'll build solid relationships with candidates and clients supporting our team of experienced consultants who pride themselves on quality and service.
The Recruitment Consultant is also responsible for offering a consultative approach to both clients and candidates.What you’ll be doing
+Interviewing and registering Candidates.
+Developing and managing Candidate pools/portfolio to include:
- Attracting new candidates via networking
- Job boards
+ Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates.
+ Searching internal database and online recruitment sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies.
+ Building a strong and well maintained LinkedIn profile
+ Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking candidate feedback.
+ Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed Candidates including placement administration and after care support.
+ Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients’ businesses.
+ Attend client meetings (virtual and in person) to be briefed on vacancies.
+ Generate client information.
+ Generate leads from all possible sources including networking.
+ Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market.
+ Develop consultative approach.About you
- Strong desire to succeed, win client´s trust and build a great rapport.
- Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload.
- Previous experience in recruitment preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated focus on client and candidate relationships
- Excellent customer service skills, going above and beyond your candidate and clients’ expectations
