CDO Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships (SIP) organization is shaping the Group’s vision of an Ecosystem of Work by scanning the HRTech space, co-creating, investing in, and incubating new business models in the world of work together with the business and in close alignment with Product & Portfolio.

The candidate will work for Digital Incubation (DI), one of the organizations under SIP,  partnering, focusing in the Americas Region, and will identify and/or drive new innovation opportunities in accordance with the Global strategic priorities, through:

Experimentation: Incubation and proof of concept of cutting edge solutions and new business models and technologies aligned with the global Product roadmap to create new digital assets

Business Partnering and engagement for Americas and other Global business lines (tbd) for ideation, co-creation and education. Get insights into business challenges from internal teams in country and as well from our customers and channelling needs to Market Research or Product teams

Handover to Product or Portfolio after proving value or concept


Stakeholder management

Ensure strong business partnering with stakeholders in scope, Americas region and global business lines tbc

Provide clear information and reporting to key internal stakeholders on the findings of the market

Responsible for the preparation of status updates, dashboards, analysis and recommendations to be presented to the Digital Ventures Committee


Identify new digital business opportunities in the local market, develop proposals and scopes of work as required

Identify new innovation opportunities to drive revenue, margin and profit growth

Initiate contact with the identified start-ups to assess viability against our digital strategy and define the business case

Ensure that any new digital innovations comply with various industry standards including Information Security, Data Protection

Drive proof-of-concept projects with local business to test and validate solution and expected benefits to the business

Building general expertise in workforce (or more general) technology through monitoring of relevant news, research studies and industry developments

Attend and participate in conferences as a member SIP team and assist as needed in conference planning activities 

People and Community

Provide management, coaching and professional guidance to direct reports with a focus on developing functional skills

Ensure own digital market knowledge and links in to the external digital community is kept up to date

Actively contribute to building a Global Digital Innovation culture in Adecco

Build, lead and inspire a team to execute the regional & global strategy

Share and collaborate on insights with AGX team members from other regions

Share key learnings and best practices within the digital organization

Travel availability

Regular (between 20-50%)

Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

Type of work experience

Essential Experience Required:
  • 10 years plus work history
  • HR/Staffing or related Industry experience
  • HR Tech space knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to deal with C-Level business counterparts
  • Implementation, management or interaction with Start-ups
  • Project or Product Management experience
  • Responsibility for a multimillion budget
  • Built & Led Teams
Desirable Experience:
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Led an implementation of Digital strategy
  • Product development
  • Basic knowledge or enterprise architecture concepts and tech compliance requirements (security, GDPR, etc.)
