About the Role

Working on the temps desk as a recruitment consultant, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of which is to ensure the personal sales results contribute to the branch achieving and exceeding strategy and KPIs. This is a role that is fast paced, requires great determination and motivation.

Recruitment experience, specifically those who have done business development and brought business in is desirable, however, someone with highly professional and successful sales experience is essential. You have to be comfortable on the phone, making calls and confident speccing clients for the branch.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Achieving targets as set by the Branch Manager
  • Implementing personal business plans to achieve branch success.
  • Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base within the SME space.
  • Fully interviewing candidates to ensure you can take them to market and win the business.
  • Following market trends and developments and translating these into market strategy and sales methods
  • Conducting clients meetings as set out in your KPI’s and delivering business proposals to reflect the discussions.
  • Reaching out to clients and speccing them to bring business in
  • Fill clients role with your temp pipeline
  • Sourcing candidates

  • Strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your market share.
  • Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated focus on client and candidate relationships.
  • Working to reach deadlines that may reach beyond core working hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills, going above and beyond your candidate and clients expectations.

You will have your own resourcer but that means you will be doing a lot of sales, speaking with clients and selling the candidate the role you are to fill. It's an extremely rewarding but fast paced role. 

You have to be a confident, savvy and prepared individual.
