Mission

In the role of Executive Assistant to Head of Global Sales you will both assist with identifying and driving innovative sales opportunities. You will be a real self-starter with lots of energy and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to lend administrative support, help plan, structure and lead projects, report effectively and follow the sales team’s project process and controls to ensure that projects are delivered to the very best standards, on-time and to budget.


Responsibilities
  • Support in creating management presentations
  • Proactively manage project administration and help with the flow of various projects to meet the objectives within the established timeline
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting/communication to the Head of Global Sales
  • Administrative support to the Head of Global Sales
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Build internal and external relationships to optimize all aspects of a product
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market, create proposals and scopes of work as required
Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken. Further languages are a plus.
  • International and multicultural environment experience
  • High-level presentation skills (content & delivery), organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, autonomous, motivated, goal-driven, hard worker with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong team player mentality
  • Proficient in Power Point and Excel
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Excellent communications skills
