Job description
About the role
To handle end to end onboarding process of associates, understanding client requirement and statutory compliance part. This will involve extensive co-ordination with associates, stakeholders, and clients. An individual contributor work closely with leadership team to develop and publish reports provide insight to key deliverables in the business.
What you’ll be doing
oResponsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each newly hired associate.
oPreparing Offer, Appointment & Salary revision letters.
oPreparing Salary breakup as per State wise minimum wages, PT slabs etc.
oAdhering to Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Statutory bonus etc.)
oPlay the role of a MIS specialist building reports, dashboards and tracking mechanisms.
oCollect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
oDevelop and Publish various business reports based on MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint
oCollaborate with different business functions to streamline the processes.
oResponsible for tracking and analyzing the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly performance of team
oAllocation of Onboarding request to team members to perform task within set deadlines.
oPublishing onboarding dashboards on daily basis
