JOB SUMMARY:

The RPO National Sales Executive sources, develops and secures profitable new business to maximize Adecco’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) growth, goals and objectives.  Responsible for driving new business potential; to increase sales and gross margin dollars. Offering customizable, bulk permanent mass recruitment to organizations across the country.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Conducts needs analysis investigation, face to face sales calls to identify immediate, high-volume permanent hiring requirements.
  • Participates in networking activities to ensure Adecco increases t their presence in the current marketplace and creates new RPO market opportunities.
  • Develops account plans and strategies to achieve annual personal and Company sales/gross margin dollar objectives.
  • Maintains an awareness of market dynamics and competitor’s activities in areas where Adecco conducts business to ensure Adecco is providing competitive, leading-edge products and services.
  • Participates in senior level sales presentations and works closely with the RPO team to provide information on pricing, burdens and gross margin dollar objectives as required for RFP and RFI purposes.
  • Negotiates designated account contracts. Ensures that all approved contract terms, conditions and revenue goals are met, coordinating with branches where necessary to effectively implement the contract conditions.
  • Meets with key client decision-makers on a regular basis to enhance Adecco’s position, bring added-value service to the relationship and provide information on new services. Acts as the senior level contact to resolve significant problems and maintain overall customer satisfaction.
  • Works closely with the Global Sales and North American Sales departments to ensure sales opportunities are communicated between countries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Prepares account specific sales forecasts and annual budgets. Monitors expenditures to ensure compliance within approved budgetary constraints.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Previous work experience in a sales role, in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
  • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & e-mail applications.
  • Experience utilizing Customer Information Management Tools, Internet and Knowledge Centre
  • Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
  • Resourceful and self motivated; Utilizes available information to help further marketplace knowledge and drive business success.
  • Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client relationships, close new business and expand the marketplace.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to travel.
