About the role

The successful candidate will strategize with internal counterparts to fulfill client staffing needs while promoting comprehensive, smart solutions to the tech and engineering verticals.

 This is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and  on-site client visits with required location being in Plano, TX. Candidates must be able to commute within the market as well as the potential for scheduled team meetings, trainings, or office events.

What you’ll be doing
    • Reaching out to new and existing clients in order to build strong long-term business relationships
    • Hold intake meeting with clients to understand their IT staffing needs, set expectations around their contributions to the partnership, explain the services of Akkodis and work with them to develop feasible, creative solutions to their business needs
    • Work closely with the recruitment delivery teams to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner
    • Increase Akkodis’ market share in the region or client portfolio
    • Lead or attend team meetings to ensure the team has the most up to date information, provide client feedback, and can prioritize accordingly
    • Cross sell other Akkodis and Adecco Group services
    • Constantly learn current emerging technology to effectively advise clients and recruitment delivery teams
About you

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (A combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to six (6) years may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
  • A minimum of two (2) years of Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Previous experience in the staffing and/or I.T. staffing is highly desirable, with required experience selling within into Enterprise-level customers within the Financial Services vertical
  • A willingness to travel for on-site customer meetings
  • The ability to maintain reliable transportation
  • A demonstrated history of professional relationship building
  • A sense of hustle, desire for career growth and an eagerness to learn
  • The analytical ability to determine client needs and deliver innovative solutions
  • A collaborative spirit with an intrinsic motivation to succeed
  • An attitude of perseverance, courage and possessing leadership qualities
