The mission of the Office Manager is to keep the EMEA hub officerunningsmoothly. As part of the local operations team, you will be helping teams to create and maintain a pleasant and safework environment ensuring high levels of organizationaleffectiveness, communication, costefficiency and safety.
Key Tasks:
Facility: The Office Managerserves as the main point of contact to deal with office-relateddutiesincluding the followingtasks:
Maintain the safe condition of the office areas
- Communication with contractors, vendors and partners, inventory keeping, ordering procedures
Budget management (stationary, pantry supplies, catering etc)
Ensure invoices are correctly paid and processed in conjunction with finance
Manage visitors and employee security passes as necessary, providegeneral support to visitors
Manage back office services
Administrative support:
Schedule meetings and appointments
Support various HR projects assigned in cooperation with HR team
The onboarding process for new hires
Event management
Office Policies
Provide ad-hoc assistance to employees to prepare reports or presentations
