We are currently looking for a for a well – rounded  and self - driven professional for the position of Global Process Owner Procure to Pay.

Mission:


Design and implement a standard framework for E2E Finance Procure to Pay processes and IT system requirements in line with the global FinOps strategy to transform and optimize processes and improve system governance with the goal to drive standardization and efficiency.


Core Responsibilities:

·Process design and governance

·Define and govern the design of the Procure to Pay end-to-end processes.

·Develop the future Procure to Pay process strategy and implementation plan.

·Continuously monitor productivity and efficiency of the processes using metrics-based key performance indicators analysis.

·Identify process gaps and issues across all constituencies with focus on automation and standardization.

·Track root causes of service deficiencies and service remediation.

·Lead and drive the implementation of improvements by ensuring that fitting resources, procedures and systems are aligned.






Systems and technology:

·Support system implementation, drive enhancements through technology partners to ensure best use of available technical solutions with none or minimal customization.

·Conduct knowledge transfer to employees working with MSD.

·Assist with the development of MSD  Knowledge Transfer Strategy.

·Oversee the creation of work instructions and SOPs and approving them.


Qualifications & Experience:

·BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, etc.

·Strong experience in procurement and accounts payable.

·Previous experience in ERP Implementations.

·Previous consulting experience with facilitating projects and process re-engineering in procurement and accounts payable will be considered strong advantage.

·Prince2 Foundation Certificate for Project management – would be consider a strong advantage

·Previous experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics would be considered strong advantage.

·Team player, proactive, open minded, excellent listening skills and able to adapt to different cultures.

·Customer centricity / Effective communication.

·Strong English fluency is a must.
