You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing inhouse services and improving operational & financial excellence. The Total Reward Long - term Incentive Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Group Long-term Incentive Plan, ensuring governance and compliance with LTI policies, processes, and rules. The role supports consulting services to Total Reward Partners, HRBPs and the Business on key LTI topics.

Coreresponsibilities:

·Manage grant letters and communication to beneficiaries

·Administer equity transactions globally such as granting, exercise, terminations, and international transfers, including international compliance and regulatory reporting

·Maintain LTI database integrity and ensure accuracy of recordkeeping of equity data

·Ensure robust checks and balances for all plan activities are in place and maintained

·Interpret legal documents such as security and tax regulations and government legislation with a view to maintaining compliant and up-to-date LTI processes

·Co-manage documentation for plan administration and department procedures

·Coordinate and support the interaction with LTI broker for new participant account openings, equity vesting release, online grant acceptance, leaver processing and employee communication, including coordinating accurate tax withholding and reporting

·Assists with development of equity compensation training

·Prepare or review Intercompany Billings for consulting services and LTI platform costs

·Monitor shared mailbox and respond to employee and HR inquiries

·Proactively identify and document areas for process improvement for all facets related to LTI administration

·Interface and collaborate closely with multifunctional teams consisting of IT, HR, Legal, Payroll, Treasury, Reward Partners, and outside vendors

·Provide support for ad hoc analyses and other projects as needed

·Assist in gathering materials requested for audits

·Perform other duties related to the LTI administration and Reward

Qualification & Experience:

·Financial Literacy (understand shares, options, indices)

·Compensation/Reward Practices (knowledge/experience is a plus)
